All of our breads are made from starters and sponges in house at the Dutch Maid Bakery. We use the same historic recipes that the Baggenstoss family used and some of their same equipment.

We have added some new flavors including rosemary, onion, and jalapeno in addition to the original bread types.

The raisin and breakfast breads are sweet.
