contemporary Dining in a Historic Setting

The original Bagenstoss family probably had no idea that their bakery would eventually stand as the longest existing family-owned bakery in Tennessee, but over 100 years later, here we are. We have never stopped using those original recipes, but we have added some modern dining options to our repertoire. Located just 10 minutes from the interstate, we are just far enough to make our space feel a little off the beaten path.

Whether you are looking to find a space to host your family reunion or want to do a little something special for a special someone's birthday, come by or give us a call to see if we might be be able to meet your needs.

Please call (931) 592-3171 to inquire about your specific event hosting needs.

Seats 50

The Dutch Maid's Second Floor is intimate while feeling wonderfully open. With ample natural light, events hosted on the Second Floor give guests an elevated feeling as they can see out over historic Tracy City and across the woods and hills nestling the birthplace of southern steel.

Access via stairs limits handicapped accessibility, but provides a private or semi-private eating space away from the rest of the bakery downstairs.

This space is perfect for everything from company retreats to wedding receptions. A projector and screen are available if needed.

STREET-LEVEL DINING

Seats 50

The Dutch Maid's Street-Level Dining can accommodate nearly any type of gathering. Stepping into the space immediately transports guests back in time, and the ramps from the street provide accessibility for any type of event.

This space is frequently used by local nonprofits such as the Grundy County Rotary or the Grundy County Health Council, but the space is also perfect for everything from business meetings to Christmas parties.

A projector and screen are available if needed.
